The culture is a free for all because Delta management does not respect women and that sets a tone. Thank God most of the pilots do not have those same values. All it takes is one or two bad apples. . I was told that SVP, James Graham, "hates three types of pilots more than anything: 1) Female, 2) Northwest 3) anyone telling him what to do." So a female pilot who has a brain and a voice is on the hit list. This is coming from a current CEO. I'm proud of what you are doing, bringing this to light. Thank you! I am reading all the way back to the original articles posted on Medium and this is dark. This is ugly. This is vile. You shine a light on this and it is as ugly as sin. How did it get away with it? Well because of people like this pilot and others who protected it. Its actions took down a plane. It was responsible for the deaths of 264 people. Little kids and babies. Whole families were wiped out. Just gone. And people are still defending this thing.
